How to Return an Item
- Fill out the returns form and indicate the reason for each item you are returning.
- Pack all products in their original, undamaged packaging and place them in a shipping box along with the returns form.
- Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return request.
- Print the return label, attach it to your parcel, and take the package to the nearest pick-up point.
Which Orders Should Be Returned to Mitra Sport?
- Orders placed directly on mitrasport.com and shipped to your home address must be returned via the Returns Portal at mitrasport.com.
- Products ordered using Click & Collect must be returned to the same store where they were picked up. Proof of purchase is required.
